Position Overview

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. You'll handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, assist with scheduling, and ensure a seamless customer experience from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

Manage high-volume inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and efficiency
Schedule appointments and coordinate with field technicians
Maintain accurate customer records using spreadsheets and office software
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone and email
Educate customers on the importance of dryer vent cleaning services
Deliver exceptional customer service that builds trust and loyalty

Required Qualifications (Must-Have)

Minimum of 3 years of experience handling high-volume inbound AND outbound calls
Strong proficiency in spreadsheets and word processing software
Ability to multitask across multiple systems while maintaining accuracy
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Professional demeanor with the ability to remain calm under pressure
Adaptability and willingness to learn new systems and technologies
Team-oriented mindset with openness to feedback and coaching

Work Schedule & Location

Full-time: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Location: Patterson, NY (in-office position)
