In this role, you’ll help create an exceptional experience for customers, visitors, carriers, and internal teams through front desk support, shipping coordination, and customer service assistance. Pay Range

$18.00–$20.00 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience.

What You’ll Do

  • Answer and route incoming phone calls while greeting and assisting visitors with professionalism and warmth
  • Support Will Call customers and coordinate courier pickups and deliveries
  • Assist with drop-ship orders and help maintain smooth order flow
  • Help resolve shipping and delivery issues with carriers such as FedEx and UPS
  • Provide backup support for order entry and customer service functions
  • Process retail orders and assist with customer requests
  • Maintain a clean, welcoming, and organized lobby and showroom environment
  • Support company “Thank You” initiatives and customer appreciation efforts
  • Assist with additional administrative and customer support tasks as needed

What We’re Looking For

  • 1+ year of customer service, retail, office support, or related experience
  • Friendly, professional, and customer-focused communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Basic computer skills and willingness to learn internal systems
  • Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset

Experience with front desk support, order processing, or shipping coordination is a plus, but not required.
