What You’ll Be Doing

  • Oversee and coordinate maintenance activities for fixed ready-mix concrete plant equipment and facilities to ensure optimal plant performance at RMC sites throughout Western New York.
  • Implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime of plant equipment and systems.
  • Manage and train maintenance staff to enhance their skills and efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
  • Collaborate with other departments to improve overall plant operations.
