Job DetailsJob Location: Pawhuska - PAWHUSKA, OK 74056Position Type: Regular Full-TimeEducation Level: High SchoolThe Counseling Center Campus Coordinator will provide excellent customer service while coordinating the workflow of the Counseling Center’s Campus, handling administrative duties as well as primary residential treatment (PRT) client activities. The Transitional Coordinator works with men and women in early recovery, providing structure and support to clients seeking to establish stable long-term recovery from substance use disorder.  Duties also include coordinating, as directed by licensed staff, and assigned leadership, all related behavioral health and healthcare organizational needs of the campus’ professional and support staff as it relates to the services provided to the residents.   Please complete your application at osagenation-nsn.gov            Thank you for applying! Must be CPR certified or obtained within first 90 days of employment. Great oral and written communication skills required. Must be able to handle stressful situations. Must handle sensitive and confidential information in accordance with law and Osage Nation policies. Must have knowledge of community resources available to clients and families. Must have flexibility with hours and scheduling. Must be consistent and reliable. Requires high level of personal integrity, ethics, boundaries, and problem-solving skills. Requires willingness and ability to learn new skills. Must be able to travel occasionally to conferences and training sessions as directed. Must work well with Leadership team. Requires ability to use Microsoft Office Suite programs. Requires good interpersonal communication and teamwork skills Familiarity of Osage language and culture including traditions, arts, crafting, preferred. Must have a sensitivity to the specific needs of the Native population served. Must be able to pass a criminal background check and Drug/alcohol screening Must have valid driver’s license and clean driving record – may be required to drive GSA or tribal vehicles.
