At RealManage, we are always getting better.   Responsible for performing general maintenance of buildings and grounds at HOA residential communities. Responsibilities: Maintenance/cleaning for the exteriors of 51 buildings.   Perform preventative maintenance and routine maintenance. (mid-level handyman experience) Ensure completion of work orders using the work order system. Cleaning around clubhouse, restrooms, and pool area Power Washer General maintenance, janitorial, and grounds work throughout the Community Associations. Periodic inspections of grounds, common area buildings, and structures. Advising the supervisor of needed repairs, improvements, and safety issues. Understanding of Carpentry, Concrete, Doors, Drywall, Fencing, Cleaning, Gutters, Locks, Plumbing, and Painting a plus Other work-related tasks Qualifications High school graduate or GED required Previous maintenance assistance strongly desired Able to follow through on directives and tasks Good Communication skills (English) – Bilingual a plus Problem Solver & self starter Dependable & Reliable Take great pride in your work Detailed Oriented Flexibility and adaptability Able to manage time between tasks Good judgment and decision-making Computer skills (MS Office)  Physical Requirements  •    Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the workday. •    Ability to climb stairs, ladders, bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, or reach frequently. •    Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull objects up to 50 pounds regularly and occasionally heavier with assistance. •    Manual dexterity to operate tools, equipment, and machinery safely. •    Visual acuity to inspect equipment, read gauges, and perform detailed tasks. •    Hearing ability to detect alarms, equipment sounds, and verbal instructions in noisy environments. •    Ability to work in varying environmental conditions (heat, cold, dust, noise, outdoors). •    Ability to wear and use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE). •    Ability to work varying schedules, including evenings, weekends, on-call, and overtime as required.     Pay and Benefits: $16.00/hour to $18.00/hour, depending on education and experience.
