We have an immediate opening for an energetic, enthusiastic and highly motivated collision paint prepper to join our growing and dynamic team! Qualifications:

• Education and/or experience in paint repair preferred
• A high school diploma or the equivalent
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Responsibilities:

• Wash vehicle to remove dirt, oil, grease, and debris from painted surfaces.
• Locate and remove imperfections on panels prior to painting. Treat scratched and chipped areas with plastic or liquid filler.
• Apply paper and masking tape to protect unpainted surfaces, such as bumpers, windows, chrome trim, and other parts while surrounding area are painted.
• Smooth unmasked surfaces with sandpaper, removing gloss from previous coats of paint and sand rough spots.
• As assigned, assist in the mixing of paint according to the manufacturer specifications.
• After the vehicle is painted, remove tape and clean vehicle.
