AWK is seeking an experienced Survey/Right-of-Way Manager to join our Harrisburg, PA office. This is an outstanding opportunity for a motivated professional to lead surveying and right-of-way services on a variety of transportation and infrastructure projects across Pennsylvania.

Qualifications:

Current Pennsylvania Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) license required.
Demonstrated experience managing land surveying and right-of-way projects.
Extensive experience with PennDOT projects is required.
Experience with Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission projects is required.
Proven experience preparing technical and price proposals for public-sector transportation and infrastructure projects.
Strong knowledge of Pennsylvania surveying standards, right-of-way acquisition support, and transportation project delivery.
Excellent leadership, communication, client relationship, and project management skills.

Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee survey and right-of-way projects from planning through completion.
Lead survey field and office staff while ensuring quality, accuracy, and schedule compliance.
Prepare, review, and coordinate survey deliverables, plats, legal descriptions, and right-of-way mapping.
Develop and prepare technical and cost/price proposals in response to PennDOT, Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission, and other public agency solicitations.
Coordinate with clients, project managers, engineers, and public agencies to support successful project delivery.
Ensure compliance with PennDOT, Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission, and applicable regulatory standards.
