Wild Bill's Tobacco is a premium cigar and tobacco destination: think walk-in humidors, specialty products, and customers who actually want to be there. We're opening our first Arizona location in Payson (four stores this year, 50 in the next five), and we're hiring Sales Associates who want to be part of something new from day one.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
Be the product expert: learn cigars, tobacco, and accessories inside and out
Deliver real customer service (conversations, recommendations, relationships)
Run the register, handle cash accurately, process transactions
Keep the store looking sharp: merchandising, inventory, cleanliness
Verify age compliance and follow all tobacco regulations
Help with shipments, inventory counts, and opening/closing

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
21+ years of age (required; it's tobacco)
Retail or customer service experience preferred
Genuine interest in premium products and building customer relationships
Reliable, self-motivated, and not allergic to conversation
Someone who wants to grow (every store we open needs new managers, and we promote from within first)

WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU

$16-$18/hr to start
