The Material Handler is the link between production, customer service, and the outside world. In this role, you’ll manage the flow of materials and finished goods—making sure everything is received, tracked, shipped, and delivered accurately and on time.

This is a fast-paced, hands-on position that blends forklift work, systems management, and constant communication. If you like staying organized, solving problems, and keeping things on track, you’ll thrive here.

What You’ll Do

  • Enter and manage daily shipping and pickup information in third-party portals
  • Process shipments and inventory transactions in the ERP system (EFI Radius)
  • Receive and reconcile raw materials and finished goods from production
  • Create and manage inventory labels within the system
  • Track shipments and communicate delivery timelines to the Customer Service team
  • Coordinate with carriers to ensure on-time pickups and deliveries
  • Maintain proper inventory records, including corrections and adjustments
  • Monitor and maintain lead times for shipping supplies
  • Compile and organize shipping and receiving documentation
  • Track and document damaged or rejected materials
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and streamline processes

Requirements

  • Forklift experience (required)
  • Forklift certification (required)
  • Experience in a manufacturing or shipping environment preferred
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (EFI Radius a plus)
