We're looking for a highly technical, analytically driven Director of Pricing Analytics to build and own Access's internal pricing intelligence capability. This is a high-impact, highly visible role that will shape how we approach pricing across our business lines.

You'll be responsible for designing and running our annual price increase program, building the data infrastructure and models that power pricing decisions, and delivering measurement and reporting that holds the business accountable to results. This is not a strategy-only role — we want someone who can both think and build.

What You'll Own

Annual Price Increase Program

  • Serve as the analytical engine behind Access's annual price increase program — partnering with the team that manages the process to provide the models, data, and insights that drive recommendations
  • Build and maintain pricing models in Python and/or R — factor-based, elasticity-informed, and tied to real business outcomes
  • Prepare, validate, and deliver model outputs — clean data inputs, well-documented methodology, and outputs ready for system load and sales team review
  • Continuously improve the methodology — the goal is a best-in-class pricing program that evolves over time, including leveraging AI and automation to improve model accuracy, speed, and scale

Pricing Analytics Infrastructure

  • Build and maintain the ETL pipeline for monthly pricing data from source systems (Total Recall, Salesforce) — identifying opportunities to automate and streamline through AI/ML tooling where applicable
  • Architect a clean, scalable data model on top of our Microsoft Fabric / data warehouse environment
  • Own PowerBI dashboards for pricing review, executive reporting, and operational KPIs
  • Embed data quality controls throughout the pipeline

Pricing Review Tool Modernization

  • Lead the design and delivery of a modern pricing review tool that puts recommendations directly in front of reps — whether Salesforce-integrated, a standalone tool that connects seamlessly, or whatever approach best fits how the sales team works
  • Create a closed-loop experience where pricing recommendations, overrides, approvals, and outcomes are all captured in one place — reducing friction and improving adoption
  • Partner with IT and Sales Operations to evaluate, scope, and deliver the right solution — prioritizing rep adoption and data integrity over any specific platform

Measurement & Business Insights

  • Build and own a pricing measurement framework: price realization, recommendation adoption, and revenue uplift
  • Deliver monthly reporting to senior stakeholders with clear, actionable insights
  • Run pricing experiments and sensitivity analyses to inform strategy

Strategic Pricing Partnership

  • Serve as the internal subject matter expert for all things pricing analytics
  • Partner with Sales, Finance, and Operations to embed pricing intelligence into commercial decision-making
  • Build documentation, playbooks, and processes that institutionalize pricing knowledge at Access

What We're Looking For

Required

  • Advanced proficiency in SQL — you can write and optimize complex queries without hesitation
  • Strong Python and/or R skills for data modeling, statistical analysis, and automation
  • Hands-on PowerBI experience — building dashboards, data models, and delivering insights to business users
  • Experience building and owning ETL pipelines and working with large-scale transactional datasets
  • Demonstrated ability to translate complex analytical outputs into clear business recommendations
  • Experience in a pricing, revenue management, or analytics leadership role
  • Comfort operating independently in a fast-moving environment — this role requires both strategic thinking and the ability to build things yourself
  • A practical mindset toward AI and automation — you actively look for opportunities to apply GenAI, ML, or workflow automation to reduce manual effort and sharpen analytical output

Strongly Preferred

  • Experience with Microsoft Fabric, Azure, or comparable cloud data platforms
  • Salesforce experience, particularly with data integration or building Salesforce-connected tools
  • Background in pricing strategy, revenue management, or management consulting
  • Familiarity with factor-based or elasticity-driven pricing models
  • Experience applying AI/ML or GenAI tools to analytics workflows — whether for automation, anomaly detection, forecasting, or accelerating development cycles
  • Experience managing or presenting to senior leadership

What Success Looks Like

In your first year, you'll have built a solid understanding of Access's pricing data and processes, stood up the core analytics infrastructure, and begun running our pricing program independently. By year two, you'll be delivering a fully internal annual price increase cycle, with a Salesforce-integrated review tool in place, a measurement framework that gives leadership real visibility into pricing performance, and early wins in applying AI and automation to reduce manual work and sharpen the quality of our analytical outputs.

Why Access

  • High-visibility role with direct impact on company revenue and profitability
  • Work alongside senior leadership in a data-forward, analytically curious organization
  • Greenfield opportunity to build something — you won't be inheriting a finished product
  • Stable, growing company with the scale to make your work matter
