Join us as a Medicare Sales and Customer Service Manager, also known as our Health Insurance Resource Manager (HIRM). We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Health Insurance Resource Manager (HIRM) who serves as the primary insurance expert for community residents and their families. This person will support their understanding of the Erickson Advantage Health Plan and general insurance matters. The HIRM also acts as a key liaison to the Community Executive and Leadership Team

How you will make an impact

  • Serve as the professional insurance resource for residents and families regarding the Erickson Advantage Health Plan

  • Review employer group coverage to help residents and families understand their benefits.

  • Maintain strong knowledge of CMS regulations and guidelines related to Medicare Advantage Plans.

  • Participate fully in community resident prospecting events, including registration, tours, and answering questions about amenities

  • Create and conduct sales events to support residents in making informed health insurance decisions.

  • Generate long‑term client sources through referrals, lead‑generation, and responding to provided leads.

  • Provide exceptional service to retain EA Health Plan members, including timely responses to benefit questions and issue resolution via in‑person, phone, or electronic communication.

  • Assist residents during Medicare Advantage Open Enrollment with evaluating employer or supplemental insurance options.

Compensation: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year, plus eligibility for annual bonus and commission plan

What you will need

  • Current health insurance license required.

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience accepted

  • Experience in sales/marketing to Medicare‑eligible markets preferred.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

  • Proficiency in current Microsoft Office applications.
