Mass General Brigham is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Physician for a per diem opportunity. Specialty board certification or experience in Hospice, Palliative Care, or Geriatrics is a plus.  Mass General Brigham has proudly served the North Shore community for decades, delivering exceptional care in a supportive and collaborative environment.  Â

What You’ll Do
- Provide both compassionate and thorough care to residents at skilled nursing and long-term care facilities in Salem, Peabody, Lynn, and Marblehead, MA, ensuring their comfort and well-being through attentive medical practices.
- Work closely with a dynamic multidisciplinary group—including nurses, care coordinators, and specialists—to deliver high-quality, patient-focused care. Take part in case reviews, contribute to planning treatment strategies, and promote collaboration and ongoing improvement.
- Utilize advanced healthcare technology and tools, such as the integrated EPIC EMR system for efficient documentation and communication, in-basket management support for better workflow, and after-hours call services to uphold consistent care and assistance for patients and families.
