We are seeking a dedicated Bilingual Special Education Teacher to support elementary students in Boulder, Colorado. This full-time role requires someone who can provide instruction and communicate effectively in both English and Spanish while supporting students with a range of academic, behavioral, and developmental needs.

Responsibilities

  • Provide specialized instruction to elementary students receiving special education services.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
  • Deliver instruction and communicate with students and families in both English and Spanish.
  • Modify curriculum and teaching strategies based on individual student needs.
  • Monitor student progress and maintain required documentation.
  • Collaborate with teachers, related service providers, administrators, and families.
  • Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions.
  • Support students' academic, behavioral, social, and emotional development.


Requirements

• Valid state teaching credential in Special Education
• Bachelor's degree in Special Education, Education, or a related field.
  • • Experience working with elementary-aged students preferred.
  • • Strong classroom management, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • • Minimum of 6 months of relevant experience within the past 5 years
