Patient Care Team Lead

General Job Description & Responsibilities

This is a customer-facing position that provides the highest-quality client service and patient care at the practice. You will help to oversee other staff to ensure an exceptional client experience. Primary responsibilities include:

 

  • Speaking with patients on the phone
  • Scheduling appointments
  • Greeting patients
  • Patient check in and out
  • A variety of front desk administrative duties
  • Mentoring and training others
  • Guides team to ensure excellent customer service and employee performance
  • Serving as a role model

 

Experience & Skills

Excellent customer service skills and personal presentation are critical to this role. Experience preferred, but we are willing to train someone with good customer service skills and a desire to learn. Positive, professional, and personable. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience and:

 

  • Have excellent time management skills
  • Be detail oriented
  • Be efficient at multi-tasking
  • Be proficient with computers
  • Have the ability to interact with patients in a professional and friendly manner
