More about the role
This is an exciting job opportunity for you as a Commercialization Marketing Manager in Peachtree City, GA, or Atlanta, GA, with Cooper Lighting Solutions, a business unit of Signify, the world leader in lighting.
Lead/support all elements of commercialization marketing for the Stock business of indoor and outdoor lighting solutions.
Understand target verticals and customer types and help develop the optimal marketing mix to reach those customer personas.
Develop unique value propositions and clear messaging frameworks that differentiate our products.
Help develop the strategy and lead the implementation of sales enablement tools and marketing materials for channel partners to effectively articulate the value propositions of products and solutions.
Partner with the Demand Generation team to design marketing campaigns targeted to specific channel partners, market segments and customer types to create awareness and produce lead generation.
Establish and review KPIs/metrics for all commercialization activities to ensure ROI.

Bachelor's degree in marketing or related
3+ years of work experience in marketing tangible products
Experience leading projects and team meetings
Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to interact with various cross-functional teams within the organization
AI experience a plus

Salary:Â $93,000 - 136,000 based on experience
Bonus:Â target bonus opportunity - 10%
