Job Summary

A Warehouse Clerk is responsible for a variety of warehouse duties such as scheduling, order management and managing internal and external communications.

A successful Warehouse Clerk has attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Schedule order fulfillment activities according to customer requirements and production capacity.
Prioritize orders based on urgency, customer priority, and production constraints.
Coordinate with sales and production, and other departments to ensure smooth order fulfillment and timely delivery.
Organize warehouse space and maintain cleanliness and orderliness.
Follow all safety procedures and protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
Participate in training sessions and meetings as required.
Perform other duties as assigned by warehouse management.
Facilitate internal and external communication.

Qualifications

Proven warehouse experience
Scheduling experience
Adequate knowledge of warehouse data system
Team player with organizational skills
Ability to lift or move 50 lbs
High school diploma

Working Conditions

This position operates in a manufacturing facility where employees are exposed to various environmental factors, including but not limited to noise, dust, odors, and temperature fluctuations. The role may require standing, walking, bending, and lifting for extended periods. Personal protective equipment (PPE) is provided and required in designated areas. The company prioritizes employee safety and maintains strict adherence to safety protocols and procedures.
