Qualifications
Knowledge of distribution processes including the development and implementation of methods, process steps, and standard operating procedures.Knowledge of distribution operations including building setup, labor planning, slotting optimization, etc.
Knowledge of work measurement disciplines including engineering labor standards, time study, methods time measurement, master standard data, etc.
Knowledge of labor management systems and tracking (Blue Yonder, Manhattan, SAP, etc.)
Lead change management processes with ability to translate recommendations into clear and precise functional requirements.
Strong analytical, decision making, and problem-solving skillsPerform advanced analysis including process mapping, simulation, statistical modeling, and process re-engineering, data analytics.
Knowledge of distribution process improvement methodologies (lean, Six Sigma, 5S, etc.)
Strong influencing skills with internal stakeholders
Ability to handle confrontational situations in a mature and professional manner.
Highly proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Strong communication skills within all tiers of the organization
Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal skills

 WORK EXPERIENCE and/or EDUCATION:

Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering or related field required. 2-3 years of warehouse experience preferred. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted.Ability to travel up to 75%
