Job DetailsJob Location: Village Park Peachtree Corners - Peachtree Corners, GA 30092Position Type: Full TimeJob Title: Senior Living Consultant Reports To: Executive Director Summary: The Senior Living Consultant is responsible for the sales and marketing within the community to prospective residents, maintaining the community census, and coordinating the move in process with new residents. Responsibilities and Duties: Walk the building daily and report issues/concerns to the appropriate department leads or the executive director Handle all tours, admission screenings, and initial inquiries Acts as the liaison between the community and family members during the preadmission and admission process Works with the Wellness department to ensure that all admissions are screened thoroughly and adequately prior to admission Complete admission paperwork with the responsible party, family member, power of attorney or resident upon admission Ensures that the admission packet is completed in timely manner (within 48 hours prior to admission) and that all forms are presented in a neat and organized manner Hand off permanent file to the Business Office Manager Participate in weekend call coverage in Manager Rotation unless they have a standing schedule that already encompasses one or more weekend day Make at least 20 outbound calls a day to leads utilizing the CRM system Secure the required number of budgeted move ins and achieve net gains each month Work closely with the Executive Director and Regional Director of Sales in development and implementation of the quarterly marketing plan QualificationsEducation and Experience: High School Diploma or GED Required Bachelor’s Degree from a four (4) year college or university in Sales, Marketing, or related field preferred Three (3) years of related sales experience required Knowledge and Skills: Experience with a competitive outside and inside sales environment Outgoing, personable, competitive, organized, and self-motivated leader Does not take no as an answer and is not afraid of rejection Proficient with CRM systems and metrics Must have the ability to maintain confidentiality Must be organized, detail-oriented, and able to multi-task Working Conditions: Specific physical requirements are outlined in accordance with the American Disabilities Act of 1990 (ADA) Requires interaction with co-workers, residents, or vendors Occasional weekend, evening, or night work if needed to ensure shift coverage 100% time spent on site in community setting Possible exposure to communicable disease and infections Exposure to latex Possible exposure to blood-borne pathogens Possible exposure to various drugs, chemical, infectious, or biological hazards  Physical Demands: Standing Walking Sitting Use hands and fingers to handle or feel Reach with hands and arms Talk or hear Taste or smell Vision Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
