- Support additional cellular immunoassays such as ELISPOT and ADCC as needed.Â
- Maintain compliance with GxP and internal SOPs for all laboratory activitiesÂ
- Support the qualification of new assays and ensure accurate documentation of experimental workÂ
- Drive operational improvements, including 5S, laboratory automation, and process optimization, to increase the efficiency and robustness of testing workflowsÂ
- Help uphold quality and compliance across CMI through sound documentation practices, data integrity, and audit-readinessÂ
- Prepare reagents, maintain inventory, and manage sample workflows efficientlyÂ
- Analyze and interpret assay results and present findings to team members and leadershipÂ
- Collaborate within the CMI group and cross-functionally to support vaccine development programsÂ
Â
