Position Overview We are seeking an inspiring, accountability-driven Director of Clinical Services to lead our clinical operations in Springfield. In this vital leadership role, you will champion quality patient care, oversee all home health clinical functions, manage regulatory compliance, and mentor a dedicated team. Key Responsibilities Clinical Leadership: Plan, organize, develop, and direct the overall operations of our Nursing Services department. Staff Management & Development: Determine nursing department staffing needs to ensure optimal patient care; recruit, manage, and empower clinical staff. Compliance & Quality Assurance: Maintain full compliance with all current federal, state, and local healthcare standards. Mentorship & Training: Utilize strong clinical expertise to provide field support, mentorship, and continuous education to the nursing team. Strategic Operations: Lead a cohesive team to achieve great clinical outcomes while managing resources efficiently. Qualifications & Leadership Qualities Expertise: Deep knowledge of home health care, rehabilitation services, and state/federal clinical compliance. Clinical Skills: Advanced clinical background with a passion for teaching and field leadership. People Skills: Proven ability to listen, inspire, motivate, and empower diverse healthcare teams. Accountability: Exceptional skills in setting clear expectations, building trust, and holding teams accountable. Compliance: Must comply with the CMS vaccination mandate.
