Overview

Administrative support for attorneys and paralegals, including calendar management, case file organization, court scheduling, and billing support while maintaining confidentiality and ensuring adherence to deadlines.

This is an in office only opportunity in Pearland.

The essential job functions include but are not limited to:

  • High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information and professionalism in dealing with people inside and outside of the company.
  • Answer, screen and route telephone calls for paralegals and attorneys
  • Distribute and sort incoming mail and faxes, along with filing and scanning of documents
  • Manage schedules, conference calls, appointments, and meetings
  • Create formal letters, interoffice correspondence and responses to inquiries. 
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks at once while prioritizing appropriately.
  • It is an essential function of this job for the employee to work in office/in the employee’s assigned work site. No remote work is available
  • Performs additional administrative duties as required 
  • Employee must be able to perform essential functions of the job with or without reasonable accommodation

The position requirements include but are not limited to:

  • Maintain high level of confidentiality
  • 3 + years administrative legal support experience required
  • Proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite and Team Connect
  • Attention to detail
  • Must be diligent and conscientious; self-starter who can work with minimal supervision
  • A professional appearance/presentation
  • High school diploma required
  • College degree a plus
