ProActive Physical Therapy Centers is seeking a reliable, energetic, and organized Front Office Coordinator to join our busy outpatient physical therapy clinic. This is a full-time position (30-40 hours per week) and ideal for someone who loves interacting with people and thrives in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment. Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred. 


Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and check in patients with a warm, professional attitude
  • Schedule and confirm appointments efficiently
  • Verify insurance information and collect co-pays
  • Maintain accurate patient records and daily reports
  • Communicate effectively with therapists, patients, and staff
  • Assist with general office tasks to ensure smooth clinic operations
