SERVICE ADMINISTRATOR / COMPLIANCE

Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Â
Â
Work in Compliance Engine and multiple portals to upload and verify inspections
Work with various Fire Marshalls for inspection submissions, by phone, email and in- person
Oversee the compliance for the Houston and other growing offices
Point of Contact for reporting inspection tags and maintaining records
Work with the internal Service and Inspection team to gain information to present clear resolutions to any concerns
Additional DutiesÂ
Answer phones – back-up on phones and designated days to cover receptionist lunch breakÂ
Backup for other Admin(s), as neededÂ
Knowledge:Â
High school diploma is requiredÂ
Bachelor’s Degree is preferredÂ
Â
Work Experience: Â
Safety and Compliance experience within the fire protection industry highly preferred
Customer Service Experience, both internally and externally
Experienced in Compliance Engine or similiar portal for submissions highly preferred
Following the process and procedure experience, or revising experienceÂ
Skills and Competencies:Â
Excellent written and verbal communication skillsÂ
Ability to follow verbal and written instructionsÂ
Detail oriented with excellent organization skillsÂ
Ability to effectively utilize computers and software including Microsoft Office Suite, Computer Ease and other software required by the CompanyÂ
Ability to maintain accurate and auditable recordsÂ
Ability to work in a fast-paced service/construction team environmentÂ
Attention to detail with emphasis on accuracy and qualityÂ
Ability to prioritize work to balance multiple projects and deadlinesÂ
