Two Ways to Join Our Team
We know one size doesn’t fit all, so we offer flexible employment options:
1️⃣ W-2 Employee – Guaranteed Hourly
$32–$41/hour (based on experience)
Guaranteed hours
Benefits available at 20+ hours/week
2️⃣ W-2 Employee – Pay Per Visit (PPV)
$50–$80/hour
Paid only for time spent with patients
Benefits available at 20+ hours/week
Schedule: Flexible days and hours
Full-time benefits start at 30+ hours/week

What You’ll Do as an SLP at Cole:

What We’re Looking For:
CF/Intern-SLP or CCC-SLP (Texas licensed)
Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology/Communication Disorders
Pediatric experience (including internships or CF)
A passion for changing lives
A team-oriented mindset (aka future work bestie material )
An interest in growing into mentorship and leadership opportunities
