Yard Worker

LSI Staffing is HIRING a MULE DRIVER at our customer in Pasadena/La Porte TX 
Pay $20.00 MID shift 10AM to 7PM monday to friday! this mule has no AC you will be tested on the machine prior to starting. Must have 2 to 3 years of experice pulling trailers and containers. 

Mule Driver / Yard Worker – Job Description

Position Summary:
The Mule Driver/Yard Worker is responsible for safely moving trailers within the yard, assisting with yard organization, and supporting warehouse operations. This role requires strong awareness of safety procedures, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Safely move trailers to and from dock doors using a yard mule/spotter truck

• Perform trailer inspections before and after moves

• Communicate with shipping and receiving teams to ensure correct trailer placement

• Maintain an organized and efficient yard layout

• Assist with backing trailers into docks as needed

• Verify trailer numbers, seals, and paperwork

• Report any equipment or trailer issues immediately

• Follow all safety rules, PPE requirements, and company policies

• Support general yard or warehouse duties when required

Requirements:

• Experience operating a yard mule/spotter (preferred)

• Ability to back trailers safely and accurately

• Must be able to work in outdoor conditions (heat, cold, rain)

• Able to lift up to 50 lbs if needed

• Good communication and time-management skills

• Must pass background check and/or drug screen if required by client

• Reliable transportation and good attendance
