Excel Foundry & Machine, Inc is seeking a Foundry Technician for 1st Shiftat our Pekin IL location. This role will assist in foundry processes including, but not limited to, melting metal, pouring metal into molds, removing castings from molds and dressing castings. A good attitude and ability to work in hot conditions are top priorities for the selected candidate!

• High school degree or equivalent
• Previous use of power tools and fork truck experience preferred
• Solid written and verbal communication skills
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and perform repetitive tasks
• Must wear respirator and be able to sustain periods of extreme heat
