Job DetailsJob Location: Pelham Office - Pelham, AL 35124Position Type: Full TimeTravel Percentage: Up to 25%Job Shift: DayPOSITION SUMMARY The Field Services Project Manager is responsible for the successful planning, estimating, execution, and delivery of projects for both internal and external customers. External customer projects typically include large, complex, and high-value/high-risk initiatives, while internal projects include lean manufacturing improvements, major maintenance efforts, and construction projects. This role serves as a key leader throughout the project lifecycle, from opportunity identification and estimating through field execution, project closeout, and customer satisfaction. The Project Manager is expected to be highly proficient in project estimating, scheduling, budget management, field operations, and client communication. As a subject matter expert (SME) on company products and capabilities, the Field Services Project Manager will identify opportunities, develop project scopes, support business growth initiatives, and provide technical guidance to customers and internal teams.
