We are seeking an Abatement Technician to perform environmental remediation and abatement services, ensure quality and safety on job sites, and deliver an exceptional customer experience. This is a hands-on role requiring a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to follow strict safety protocols and processes in a fast-paced environment.

Pay & Perks

$20 – $26/hour (based on experience & certifications)
Overtime available (time + a half)

What You’ll Do

Perform abatement and remediation work (asbestos, mold, lead, biohazard as applicable)
Set up containment areas and negative air systems
Remove hazardous materials safely following protocols
Wear and maintain PPE (respirators, suits, etc.)
Follow all OSHA, EPA, and company safety standards
Document jobs with photos, notes, and compliance logs
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site

✅ What We’re Looking For

Reliable, safety-focused, and detail-oriented
Comfortable with physical labor (lifting 50+ lbs)
Able to work in PPE and controlled environments
Valid driver’s license
Team player with strong work ethic
Abatement certifications preferred (asbestos/lead/mold), but willing to train the right candidate

⏰ Schedule

Monday–Friday, 7:30am–5:00pm
Overtime + on-call rotation (extra earning potential)
