Associate Category Manager-ECommerce (on-site at Corporate in Pelham, AL)

We're looking for an Associate Category Manager–ECommerce to own the accuracy, consistency, and performance of product content across our B2C and B2B websites. In this role, you'll ensure our digital product experiences meet brand standards, align with SEO best practices, and deliver a seamless customer experience. You'll manage PIM data integrity and SEO metadata strategy, help shape UI/UX updates on Shopify+ for our direct-to-consumer and trade sites, and partner closely with Category, Marketing, and Studio teams to keep our digital presence accurate and on-brand. WHAT YOU DO

  • Evaluate and approve product and landing page content against brand and content standards.
  • Determine corrective action for site, link, and product information issues across B2C and B2B sites.
  • Review and finalize product content, promotional messaging, and ad hoc digital projects.
  • Oversee PIM data integrity and SEO metadata strategy.
  • Direct the organization and indexing of digital media assets with the Studio team.
  • Determine and implement UI/UX updates on Shopify+ for direct-to-consumer and trade websites.
  • Conduct quality assurance checks across PIM and DAM systems.
  • Identify and implement product detail page enhancements, including upsell and cross-sell opportunities, to improve conversion.
  • Partner with Category and Marketing teams to execute promotional strategies online.
  • Assist Category Management with Antiques sourcing, categorization, and listing during semi-annual buying events.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Digital Commerce, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with content management systems and PIM platforms preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
  • Excellent attention to detail and deadline accuracy.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into action.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and initiative.
  • Sound judgment and decision-making on ambiguous or non-routine digital merchandising issues, with minimal oversight.
