Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled Landscape Maintenance Supervisor to join our team! You will maintain grounds by performing a variety of tasks, including mowing, trimming, edging, weeding, and shrub pruning with the goal of creating beautiful and well-groomed outdoor spaces for our customers.
If you are a hard-working, team player, and dedicated to performing quality work in all that you do we have a place for you! Past experience as a landscape supervisor is preferred and a positive attitude is a must!
Responsibilities:
- Plan, schedule, and supervise daily activities to ensure quality and budgeted hours are achieved
- Safely operate vehicles and all powered equipment
- Train and mentor crew members for on the job training
- Maintain vehicle and assigned equipment
- Maintain high quality work that exceeds our client expectations
- Interact with customers in a professional and friendly manner
Qualifications:
- 2 yrs of prior maintenance supervisor experience
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Willing to work in all weather elements
- Ability to operate and maintain all landscape maintenance equipment
