Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa is looking for a passionate and skilled Licensed Esthetician to join our growing team in Naples, FL! This is your opportunity to do what you love in a professional, client-focused environment where your talent and dedication are truly valued.

Responsibilities:

Perform a variety of professional facial and skin care treatments tailored to individual client needs
Conduct thorough skin analyses and consultations to recommend appropriate services and products
Deliver exceptional guest experiences that encourage client retention and membership enrollment
Perform waxing services including facial and body waxing
Educate clients on proper at-home skincare routines and retail product recommendations
Maintain a clean, sanitary, and fully stocked treatment room in compliance with state regulations
Collaborate with spa team members to ensure a seamless and welcoming client experience

Requirements:

Valid Florida Esthetician license required
Prior experience in a spa, salon, or medical esthetics setting preferred
Strong knowledge of skin care techniques, facial treatments, and waxing services
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to build lasting client relationships and drive membership sales
Reliable, professional, and team-oriented attitude
Flexible availability including evenings and weekends
