Responsibilities:

Perform a variety of therapeutic massage services including Swedish, deep tissue, and specialty treatments
Conduct client intake consultations to assess needs and customize each session accordingly
Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming treatment room environment
Educate clients on the benefits of regular massage therapy and recommend appropriate service frequencies
Uphold professional standards and adhere to all Florida massage therapy regulations and guidelines
Collaborate with front desk staff to ensure a seamless and positive client experience
Promote membership programs and retail products to enhance client wellness goals

Requirements:

Active Florida Massage Therapy License (LMT) in good standing
Experience performing Swedish, deep tissue, and other therapeutic massage modalities
Strong interpersonal and client communication skills
Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor
Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
Commitment to ongoing education and staying current with industry techniques
