Description

Maintenance/Day Porters Responsibilities:

• 1. Change light bulbs and ballast, as needed

• 2. Electrical troubleshooting (outlets, lighting, breakers)

• 3. Basic plumbing troubleshooting (leaks, clogs, toilet repair, water shutoff).

• 4. Painting, patching, and drywall repair

• 5. Preventive maintenance routines

Requirements

• 1. Able to use maintenance equipment and tools used in the operation of the property

operation (ladders, power tools).

• 2. Able to use cleaning equipment (pressure washer, blower, scrubber, vacuum).

• 3. Minor carpentry and woodworking.

• 4. Groundskeeping basics (parking bumper replacement, minor landscaping).

• 5. Soft Skills: Reliable, strong work ethic, professional appearance, friendly demeanor,

safety awareness, attention to detail
