New England Wood Floors Inc is looking for skilled Wood Flooring Installers and Sanders to join our team in Pembroke, MA! Responsibilities:

Install hardwood, engineered, and specialty wood flooring in residential and commercial settings
Sand and refinish existing wood floors to restore and enhance their appearance
Measure, cut, and fit flooring materials with precision and attention to detail
Prepare subfloors by cleaning, leveling, and ensuring proper moisture conditions
Apply stains, sealers, and finish coats to achieve desired results
Operate and maintain flooring tools and equipment including sanders, nailers, and saws
Communicate professionally with customers and team members on job sites

Requirements:

Prior experience in hardwood floor installation, sanding, or finishing preferred
Knowledge of various wood flooring types, materials, and installation methods
Ability to operate floor sanders, edge sanders, and related power tools safely
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship
Reliable transportation and ability to travel to job sites in the greater Pembroke, MA area
Physical ability to kneel, bend, lift, and stand for extended periods
Dependable, hardworking, and a team-oriented attitude
