This role is ideal for a forward-thinking IT leader who thrives in a dynamic environment and can align technology with business goals to drive growth, efficiency, and innovation in a leading construction equipment manufacturing and distribution organization.   Essential Functions:   Develop and execute the organization’s IT strategy and long-term technology roadmap. Oversee daily IT operations, including networks, servers, cloud environments, and enterprise applications. Lead cybersecurity initiatives, including threat monitoring, incident response, compliance, and risk management. Manage and mentor IT staff, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and service excellence. Oversee vendor relationships, contracts, and service-level agreements. Build and manage the IT budget, ensuring cost-effective technology investments and strong ROI. Lead major IT projects such as system upgrades, cloud migrations, ERP/CRM implementations, and security enhancements. Ensure high availability, reliability, and performance of all critical systems. Maintain IT policies, standards, and procedures, ensuring alignment with industry best practices, company JSOX requirements and parent company rules. Champion change management and user adoption across the organization. Develop and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans. Oversee the management of corporate help desk activities and resolve escalated issues if necessary   Additional Responsibilities:   Performs other related duties as assigned   QualificationsRequired Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (Master’s preferred). 8–12+ years of progressive IT experience, including leadership roles. Manufacturing and distribution experience a plus. Strong knowledge of infrastructure, cloud platforms (Azure/AWS), cybersecurity, enterprise applications and regulatory compliance. Proven experience managing teams, budgets, and complex projects.
