Responsible for executing battery pack and system testing, including test setup, monitoring, and data recording. This role ensures test results meet defined standards, identifies and escalates abnormal conditions, supports basic troubleshooting, and maintains safe and controlled testing operations.

Key Responsibilities:
l  Perform battery pack and system testing according to defined procedures and test plansÂ
l  Set up, connect, and configure testing equipment and systemsÂ
l  Monitor test processes, troubleshoot basic issues, and escalate abnormal conditions promptlyÂ
l  Record test data accurately and maintain test logs and documentationÂ
l  Identify abnormal test results and support issue investigationÂ
l  Perform routine checks and execute preventive maintenance tasks for test equipment according to the maintenance scheduleÂ
l  Maintain a clean, organized, and controlled test environment in accordance with 5S standardsÂ
l  Strictly follow all EHS and high-voltage battery safety proceduresÂ
l  Support cross-functional activities, including failure analysis and engineering validationÂ
l  Assist in troubleshooting and resolving test-related issues

Qualifications:
l  High school diploma or above (electrical/electronic background preferred)Â
l  Experience in testing or electrical-related both AC and DC work preferredÂ
l  Basic understanding of electrical safety (high-voltage awareness preferred)Â
l  Ability to follow test procedures and accurately record data
l  ISO experience is a plusÂ
l  Strong attention to detail and sense of responsibilityÂ
l  Good judgment in identifying and reporting abnormalitiesÂ
l  Ability to stand for extended periods (8–12 hours per shift) and lift up to50 lbs as needed
