What You'll Do
As a Dispatcher / Logistics Coordinator, you will play a key role in coordinating daily transportation operations, ensuring drivers, equipment, and schedules are aligned to support efficient and reliable service. This role is the communication hub between drivers, customers, and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities include
- Schedule and dispatch drivers and equipment to meet daily operational needsÂ
- Coordinate routes and loads to maximize efficiency and service levelsÂ
- Communicate with drivers, customers, and internal teams to ensure timely pickups and deliveriesÂ
- Monitor daily operations and adjust schedules based on changing conditionsÂ
- Maintain awareness of driver availability, equipment status, and load prioritiesÂ
- Support compliance with DOT/FMCSA regulations, including hours of serviceÂ
- Work closely with Fleet and Operations teams to support maintenance scheduling and equipment needsÂ
- Provide timely updates and resolve issues related to delays, changes, or service concernsÂ
- Assist with tracking key performance metrics and operational dataÂ
- Support a team-focused environment and contribute to continuous improvement effortsÂ

Work Environment
This role is performed in an office and operational environment and may involve:
- Coordinating with drivers and operations teams throughout the dayÂ
- Managing schedules, calls, and real-time updatesÂ
- Responding to changing priorities and time-sensitive situationsÂ
- Occasional after-hours communication or support as needed
Requirements
 What We're Looking For
- 2–4 years of experience in dispatching, logistics coordination, or transportation operationsÂ
- Experience working with drivers, fleet operations, or route schedulingÂ
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environmentÂ
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adjust quickly to changing needsÂ
- Clear communication skills and ability to coordinate across teamsÂ
- Familiarity with dispatching systems, TMS, GPS tracking, or similar tools preferredÂ
- Working knowledge of DOT/FMCSA regulations and hours of service is a plusÂ
- Customer-focused mindset with strong attention to detailÂ
- Reliable, accountable, and able to remain calm under pressureÂ
- Valid driver’s license required; CDL preferred but not requiredÂ
