Description

Job Title: Laborer / Plastic Tote Welder 

Location: Pendleton, IN 

Schedule: Full-Time | Hourly

Friday – Sunday
6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Work 3 days per week with 4 days off

Pay: $18-21/hour | Pay increase after forklift certification is obtained

What You'll Do: As a Plastic Repair Technician, you will repair and restore plastic containers such as totes and drums used in production operations. Excellent opportunities available for growth/advancement!


Key responsibilities include:

· Inspect plastic totes and containers to identify damage

· Repair containers using plastic welding equipment and repair tools

· Patch, weld, and reshape plastic components to restore structural integrity

· Follow work instructions and production guidelines

· Maintain welding tools and all equipment for repairing totes

· Use tablets and Excel spreadsheets to record completed repairs and materials used 

· Maintain a clean and organized work area

· Work with production and quality teams to ensure repaired containers meet safety and quality standards

Requirements

  What We're Looking For:

· Experience with welding, plastic repair, or similar hands-on work preferred

· Willingness to learn plastic welding techniques and repair processes

· Ability to use hand tools and shop equipment safely

· Computer knowledge; ability to use tablets and Excel spreadsheets

· Strong attention to detail and ability to identify damage or defects

· Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

· Ability to lift 50–75 pounds

· Ability to work in a production environment around machinery and equipment

· Team-oriented and dependable
