Pay rate $17.34 - $20.00 per hour, depending on experience  The Substance Abuse Clerk is responsible for scheduling appointments as well as the routine processing of documents of the substance abuse program within a state correctional facility, including accurately creating, organizing, scanning, faxing, and/or filing documents to facilitate retrieval, review, and processing. Essential Duties: •    Reviewing all documents/transactions for correctness and completeness •    Taking any necessary action to appropriately address any problems, errors, or deficiencies •    Maintaining calendars and scheduling appointments, meetings, and conferences Qualifications•    High school diploma or GED equivalent required  •    One (1) year of medical records/medical office experience preferred  •    Medical terminology knowledge and/or medical terminology course completion preferred  •    Computer/Data Entry experience preferred •    Ability to obtain a security clearance, to include drug screen and criminal background check Available Shift: full-time days, Monday-Friday Employees working 30+ hours per week have access to benefits, including: Health, dental, vision, disability and life insurance 401(k) plan Generous paid time off + paid holidays Employee Assistance Program Questions?
