Job Description:

As a Recruiter at Wegmans you will source, interview, and hire the best fit and most qualified candidates by executing our talent sourcing strategy.  In this role you will use a variety of tactics to deliver the best talent, create and manage requisitions in our applicant tracking system, and provide a positive and efficient candidate experience.  If you are an organized people-person, this could be the role for you!

What will I do?

• Source diverse and qualified candidates to fill open positions
• Work closely with leadership, HR Partners and recruitment team to forecast needs, assess requirements and execute staffing plans
• Maintain knowledge of industry trends, and efficiently leverage multiple tactics and innovative sourcing techniques
• Coordinate efficient communication and logistics throughout hiring process to meet performance goals

Required Qualifications:

• 1 or more years of work experience or a college degree
• Experience working in a retail and/or customer service based setting

Preferred Qualifications:

• Computer Skills
