Job DetailsJob Location: East Norriton, PA 19401Salary Range: $18.00Floating Clinical Support Specialist  We are seeking a motivated, adaptable, and team-oriented Floating Clinical Support Specialist to join our growing practice. This unique role is ideal for an individual who is eager to develop skills across both clinical and administrative functions while providing essential coverage across multiple locations.    As a Floating Clinical Support Specialist, you will be cross-trained in multiple roles to support both front-office operations and clinical care. Your flexibility and willingness to step into various responsibilities will make you a vital resource to our team and help ensure a seamless, high-quality patient experience.  This is a full time, in person position that requires the flexibility and reliability to travel to various locations as needed on a daily basis.  Qualifications  Strong communication and interpersonal skills  Excellent organizational and time management abilities  Positive attitude with a proactive, team-first mindset  Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced healthcare environment  Willingness to learn and expand skillsets aKey Responsibilities  Front Office Support    Greet and check patients in and out in a professional and courteous manner  Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls  Manage incoming faxes and electronic communications  Assist with patient scheduling and appointment coordination  Handle patient inquiries and triage messages appropriately  Clinical Support    Assist providers with patient care as a trained Medical Assistant  Prepare and clean exam and treatment rooms  Sterilize instruments and maintain clinical equipment  Escort patients to exam rooms and obtain necessary medical information  Support providers during procedures to ensure high-quality patient care  cross multiple roles  Additional Requirements  Dependable and adaptable, with the ability to adjust to changing daily needs  Ability to travel between locations, including Norristown, Chestnut Hill, Willow Grove, Lansdale, and Oaks, as business needs arise  Comfortable providing coverage at all practice locations as needed  Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and patient-centered care  Benefits  Medical, dental, and vision insurance  401(k) plan with employer contribution  Company-paid life insurance, short-term and long-term disability  Generous paid time off  Paid holidays plus two floating holidays per year  Voluntary benefits, including pet insurance  Why Join Us?  This role offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in both clinical and administrative aspects of healthcare.
