Provides accounting support within the Finance department.
Pay Range $30 - $35 DOE

What you'll do

Provide reconciliation support for balance sheet accounts
Assist with the reconciliation of bank statement activity to the general ledger
Assist as directed with auditor requests relating to the Association's annual audit.
Maintain filing system for journal entries, bank statements, external reports, and other miscellaneous items.
Special projects as directed by the Accounting Manager or Director of Finance.
Assist with month-end close process. This includes working with Excel spreadsheets, graphs, and account analysis.
Assist with the Association's annual budget preparation.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in accounting from a college or university and three or more years of related accounting work experience.
Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Microsoft Outlook E-Mail Software
Experience with Jonas Accounting Software a plus
