As a Bus Operator, you'll provide safe and reliable transportation for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities, helping them access programs, employment opportunities, and community activities. More than transportation, you'll provide a welcoming and supportive experience that helps people stay connected and engaged in their communities.

Each day, you'll follow established routes, conduct vehicle safety inspections, and ensure passengers are transported safely and comfortably. Your friendly and professional approach will make a difference in the lives of the people you serve, while your commitment to safety helps create a dependable experience for passengers, families, and staff.

Full-time and part-time positions available. Enjoy a consistent Monday-Friday schedule with morning and afternoon routes, allowing for a better work-life balance. This position offers competitive pay of $20.00-$21.00 per hour and the opportunity to build a rewarding career with an organization dedicated to empowering people and strengthening communities.

Qualifications

• Class C CDL with Passenger Endorsement preferred (not required for all positions) No CDL? Ask about training opportunities.

• Ability to obtain 19-A Certification
