Mozaic (A Chapter of The Arc NY) is looking for a caring, dependable Direct Support Professional (DSP) Bus Monitor to join our team. As a DSP Bus Monitor, you'll play an important role in helping people we support travel safely and confidently each day. Your friendly presence, attention to safety, and compassionate support help create a positive and comfortable experience from pick-up to drop-off.
What You'll Do
Working alongside a Bus Operator, you'll help people safely board and exit the vehicle, ensure safety equipment is properly secured, and provide supervision and support throughout each route. You'll assist with individual needs, offer personal care when required, and help create an environment where every passenger feels respected, valued, and supported.

Pay & Schedule:
Pay range: $17.92 - $18.67 per hour
Schedule: Mon-Fri Split shift 6 am-9:30am and 1pm-4pm.
Full‑time: 35-40 hours per week

Bus Monitor Requirements:
AMAP- Certified - safely administer medication to individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities
The candidate will need a High School diploma or GED Certificate. They will also require SCR clearance.
