Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to develop personalized treatment plans.
- Implement and supervise therapeutic exercises and modalities to promote recovery.
- Educate patients and families on rehabilitation techniques and health management.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic patient care.
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate medical records.
- Participate in continuing education and professional development activities.
- Uphold the highest standards of patient care and safety protocols.
Requirements:
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program.
- Current state licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist in Florida.
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of rehabilitation techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Commitment to providing compassionate patient care.
- Experience in outpatient rehabilitation preferred.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
