Job Description:
Responsibilities include monitoring financial performance of Retirement product, working with more senior Product Managers in developing product plans, strategies and enhancements, and performing data collection and coordination activities.

Responsibilities:

  • Understanding the product and responding to inquiries from internal stakeholders

  • Ability to work with Excel

  • Day to day administration

  • Communicating with stakeholders on product updates, training and reporting related topics

  • Identifying processes requiring improvement or automation to mitigate risk to the business

  • Identifying escalated items and working with management towards a timely resolution

Required:

  • Minimum 10 years experience, Workplace Benefits product experience preferred

  • Project management experience

Pay and benefits information

Pay range$85,500.00 - $111,200.00 annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set.

Discretionary incentive eligible

This role is eligible to participate in the annual discretionary plan. Employees are eligible for an annual discretionary award based on their overall individual performance results and behaviors, the performance and contributions of their line of business and/or group; and the overall success of the Company.
