Client Service Representative (CSR) — Be the Heart of Our Hospital!
Location: Pennsauken Animal Hospital | Camden County, NJ

Do you love animals and people? Are you a friendly, detail-oriented multitasker who thrives in a fast-paced environment? At Pennsauken Animal Hospital, we’re looking for a compassionate and customer-focused Client Service Representative (CSR) to be the welcoming face of our growing hospital.

Our CSRs are more than receptionists — they are the first point of contact, the coordinators of care, and the people who help create positive experiences for both our clients and their pets.

Who We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate is an enthusiastic, professional communicator who can handle a busy front desk with warmth, accuracy, and grace.

You’ll be a great fit if you have:

  • 1+ year of experience in a veterinary hospital or medical office

  • A friendly, welcoming demeanor and strong communication skills

  • The ability to multitask, stay organized, and manage details in a fast-paced setting

Key Responsibilities

  • Answering multi-line phones and managing high call volume

  • Scheduling appointments and coordinating the hospital calendar

  • Checking clients and pets in and out with efficiency and empathy

  • Collecting, verifying, and updating medical records and client information

  • Communicating with clients via phone, email, and in-person interactions

  • Supporting the veterinary team with various administrative tasks
