Responsibilities
- Perform complete bathroom remodels in high-end residential homes.
- Handle all aspects of plumbing, including rough-in and finish plumbing.
- Install tile with precision, including floors, walls, showers, backsplashes, and specialty layouts.
- Maintain the highest standards of craftsmanship and attention to detail.
- Communicate professionally and respectfully with homeowners throughout each project.
- Keep job sites clean, organized, and protected while working in occupied luxury homes.
- Work independently and as part of a team to complete projects on schedule.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in luxury bathroom remodeling.
- Strong knowledge of all residential plumbing systems and installation techniques.
- Expert-level tile installation skills with a portfolio or references demonstrating quality craftsmanship.
- Ability to read plans, solve problems, and complete projects with minimal supervision.
- Professional appearance and excellent communication skills.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
