We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to join our growing flooring company. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in the flooring industry and be responsible for overseeing all warehouse operations, maintaining accurate inventory, and ensuring efficient loading, unloading, and organization of flooring materials.

Responsibilities

Manage daily warehouse operations in a safe, organized, and efficient manner.
Maintain accurate inventory counts and perform regular cycle counts.
Receive, inspect, and organize incoming flooring products and supplies.
Prepare and stage customer orders for pickup and delivery.
Safely operate a forklift to load, unload, and move flooring materials.
Ensure the warehouse remains clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
Coordinate with the sales team and installers to ensure timely order fulfillment.
Supervise warehouse staff and promote a productive work environment.
Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies.

Qualifications

Required: Previous experience working in the flooring industry.
Previous warehouse management or supervisory experience preferred.
Must be able to safely operate a forklift (certification preferred or willingness to become certified).
Strong inventory management and organizational skills.
Ability to lift and move heavy flooring products (up to 75 lbs.).
Basic computer skills and experience with inventory management systems.
Dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Valid driver's license with reliable transportation.
