Direct Support Professional (DSP) – Full-Time Overnight
Location: Pennsville, NJ
Pay: $17.16/hr base | $18.16/hr weekends

Shift: Sunday - Wednesday 11pm - 9am

Position Overview:
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Overnight Part-Time Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) in Pennsville, NJ. In this role, you will provide guidance, supervision, and support to residents during evening and overnight hours.

Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with daily living skills, including cooking, housekeeping, budgeting, shopping, and healthy routines

• Support hygiene, personal care, and basic medical needs

• Promote social skills, coping strategies, and community engagement

• Mentor residents in building friendships and fostering independence

• Ensure a safe, supportive, and structured overnight environment

Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license

• 18 years or older

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Consent to state and federal criminal background checks

• Drug screen, pre-employment physical, and PPD

• Completion of all required orientation and pre-service training
